A cosy little townhouse tucked away at the end of a mews was to be refurbished. A new custom-made kitchen that includes a dining area for up to eight people was placed under a basement skylight. The style was to be light, chic, retro, but modern, functional and high in comfort.

• DS Design designed a tailor made corner sofa. Soft furnitures were individually designed or retro pieces were sourced and re –upholstered.
• Most of the accessories and art was found in antique stores and 20th century design galleries such as Schmid/McDonagh on Church Street in London.
